Dolní Heršpice

This library is one of the smaller branches of the KJM and provides basic lending and information services to readers of all ages. It cooperates with local kindergartens and primary schools, for whom it runs educational programmes, and also organises events for the public. Spoken word CDs, board games, Lekotéka educational toys and glasses are all available for loan.

The branch uses an exchange fund that also offers new titles. The purchases of the exchange fund are financed from the subsidy of the South Moravian Region for the performance of regional functions of libraries in the South Moravian Region. It also buys books from the subsidy provided by the Brno-Jih district. The book collection is also supplemented by donations from readers.
