This library is one of the smaller branches of the KJM, it has been operating on this premises since 1978 and is located in the centre of the village in a quiet and charming environment with park-like landscaping. Since 2011, it has been part of the KJM network of automated operations. The library cooperates with local kindergartens and primary schools to whom it offers educational programmes. It is involved in the Lekotéka project (toys and didactic aids) and the Bookstart project (or With a Book to Life). It organises cultural and educational events for the public, exhibitions of art and pupils' work and regular competitions for children and adults. There is also a children's corner in the library.
The activities of the branch are annually supported by the Brno-Jundrov district town hall.
