The library is one of the smaller branches of the KJM and is located on the second floor of the Slatinka service complex. On the first floor there is a return box for books. In 2020 the premises were renovated and the library was equipped with new furniture. The branch cooperates with local kindergartens and primary schools, for which it implements educational programmes. In addition to its book collection, it also offers spoken word CDs, toys and didactic aids from the Lekotéka project, umbrellas and glasses. Since 2014, it has been involved in the KJM network of automated operations.
Thanks to the support of the Brno-Slatina District town hall, the branch's book collection is regularly updated with new titles.
