Staré Brno – „Na křižovatce

This library is one of the smaller branches of the KJM and is run in cooperation with the Department of Information Studies and Librarianship of the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University in Brno, for whose students it serves as a teaching workplace. Its renovation was carried out in 2012 with a financial contribution from the Brno Centre city district. It provides readers with public library and information services. In addition to traditional sources, it also uses modern information technologies for its information activities. It cooperates with local primary schools, to whom it offers cultural and educational events. The branch is not part of the KJM network of automated services.

The branch uses an exchange fund that also offers new titles. The purchases of the exchange fund are financed from the subsidy of the South Moravian Region for the performance of regional functions of libraries in the South Moravian Region.
